Squash boats

1 1/2 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup cracker meal
1 onion finely chopped
2 egg whites slightly beaten
1/2 tsp found sage
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp fresh pasley chopped
2 tsp brown sugar
Pepper to taste
3 buttercup or acorn squash halved and seeded

Combine rice walnuts cracker meal onion egg whites sage nutmeg parsley brown sugar and
Black pepper

Spoon mixture in loosely into squash halves
Bake in foil covered pan until squash is tender
At 350
I can't remember where I got this recipe from but they were so good
I've had it in my collection for a few years. Hope your family likes it to.
