This is amazing on Meats or sandwiches.
MAKES ABOUT 2 CUPS
9 ounces green chilies
1-1 1/2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
4-5 cloves garlic
1 tsp cumin
3/4 tsp ground cardamom
1-2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tbs olive oil
Grind all together and enjoy. Last 2 months in refrigerator in an airtight container.
